Ricco Harbor, Shine Sprite 6?
They're on the water. You have to go from your starting point across a log bridge to a dock, where you'll find three bloopers (like in Shine 2) and a red switch. When you Ground Pound the red switch, the coins appear throughout the water of the level. You'll have two minutes to collect all eight.
